Job Title Waiter / F&B server

Job Allocation Casino

JOB PURPOSE

Will be using a tray and/or beverage cart to supply beverages to guests on the gaming floor or buffet. Keeps all areas cleaned and work areas stocked. Excellent guest services required while completing job duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

• Promotes positive guest service, greets guests upon arrival and offers complimentary beverages.
  
• Serve and refill beverages to guests.
  
• Set up and close work stations in compliance with established procedures.
  
• Complete all side work in a timely manner to ensure a clean, neat work area.
  
• Maintain assigned sections and work areas.
  
• Attend all required trainings and meetings.
  
• Be able to communicate with co-workers and the customers in a professional manner.
  
• Keep all areas stocked in work stations that require napkins, cups and other items.
  
• Ensures sanitary food handling procedures are adhered to.
  
• Use proper etiquette when dealing with guests.
  
• Models for the team, a strong work ethic and is visible, available and present for the guest and their team.
  
• Builds relationships inside an outside of their department/team to improve ways of working and provide a great guest experience.
  

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
  
• High school diploma or equivalent
  
• Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service field
  
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, Spanish, Dutch and Papiamentu.
  

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Must possess professionalism and ability to handle high levels of stress.
  
• Focus on excellent customer service skills.
  
• Ability to work a varying schedule.
  
• Must be accurate and detail oriented. Demonstrated the ability in maintaining consistent, high quality guest service levels. Must be able to initiate and engage in conversation in a professional and friendly manner.

Division/ Department Casino – F&B

Job Title Bartender

Job Allocation Casino

JOB PURPOSE

As Bartender, your primary responsibility is to provide friendly, courteous beverage service and preparation in accordance with standard procedures. Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to casino guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

• Takes orders from customers and Waiter/Waitress.
  
• Mix ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
  
• All transactions need to be documented on our point of sale software.
  
• Bartenders are responsible for maintaining proper stock levels and maintaining a clean sanitary workstation.
  
• Performs all other duties as assigned.  
  

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
  
• High school diploma or  equivalent
  
• Minimum of two years bartending experience in a high volume full service restaurant, club or hotel.
  
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English, Spanish, Dutch and Papiamentu.
  

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Must possess professionalism and ability to handle high levels of stress.

• Knowledge of point of sales systems a plus.
  
• Demonstrate knowledge of Alcohol Awareness rules and regulations
