JOB PURPOSE |
The Compliance Officer is responsible for
Revenue Audit, Drop/Count, and Cage; ensuring each department has adequate
equipment, training, and support needed to operate effectively and
efficiently. |
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES |
· Participates in resolving compliance issues
and promoting effective and consistent management of compliance risks. · Serves as source of subject matter compliance
expertise with regard to high-risk customer types. · Help ensure lines of communication between the
departments and business units/entities executing compliance requirements
remain open and aligned with processes to gain efficiencies and avoid
unnecessary redundancies. · Work closely with relevant departments to
ensure compliance with Gaming Board requirements including onboarding,
enhanced due diligence, and investigations reviews. · Effectively and professionally interact with Gaming
Board personnel including answering examination information requests,
addressing examination findings, and discussing compliance processes and
policies. · Promote a proactive compliance culture,
delivering advice and guidance to the business/support functions. |
JOB QUALIFICATIONS |
· High
School Diploma (or equivalent) · Gaming Industry experience · 2+ of experience in the field of regulatory
compliance or with the implementation of internal controls · 5 years experience in Casino Management |
OTHER REQUIREMENTS |
· The candidate should have experience in
accounting and auditing, as well as an up-to-date knowledge of the issues
involved in the regulation of gaming. · Familiarity with gaming scams is an advantage. · Background working in a casino operations
position is a plus. |
