Ecoled Aruba is looking for a Sales Agent with a technical mindset and a passion for helping clients make smart, stylish lighting decisions. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for walk-in customers at our showroom and play a key part in delivering exceptional service and product knowledge. You’ll also assist our outside sales team with order coordination, light deliveries, and follow-ups.
We don’t expect you to have lighting experience yet — but if you’re a fast learner, technically inclined, and love working with people, we’ll teach you everything you need to succeed.

What You’ll Do
  • Welcome and assist clients in our showroom with professionalism and enthusiasm
  • Help customers understand the technical and design aspects of our lighting products
  • Support the outside sales team by preparing orders and coordinating handovers
  • Occasionally assist with small deliveries or on-site product support
  • Keep the showroom organized and product displays up to date
  • Learn and grow your knowledge in high-end lighting systems, including smart control solutions


Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • A technical background or hands-on interest in electrical work, engineering, or related fields

  • Strong communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people

  • Service-minded with a professional appearance and attitude

  • Fast learner, self-motivated, and dependable

  • Available 32 to 40 hours per week (Tuesday or Wednesday through Saturday)

  • Fluent in English; Papiamento, Spanish, or Dutch is a strong advantage

  • Comfortable with computers and common digital tools (e.g., email, inventory systems, CRM)

  • In possession of a valid Category B driver’s license and access to a car
